We encourage each and every one of our employees to act in an environmentally responsible manner.
In 2010, we participated in and registered for Challenge 25 to further raise awareness and continue to disseminate our own initiatives.
We have introduced 100% renewable energy to all our electricity use that achieves zero CO2 emissions.

When employees arrive at work, they turn on lights only where they are needed, and when they leave the office, each employee turns off unnecessary lights and goes home.
In principle, lights are also turned off or reduced during lunch breaks.
We implement Cool Biz and Warm Biz by setting the air conditioner temperature to 28 degrees Celsius in summer and 20 degrees Celsius in winter.
Since 2023, we have been offsetting CO2 emissions from the use of company vehicles through the purchase of J-credits.
An AED (Automated External Defibrillator) is installed in our company (Head Office). When the AED was introduced, a training session was held and many employees attended.
We hope that this convenient tool, which enables immediate CPR before an ambulance arrives, will be beneficial to the local community in the event of an emergency.
Bunkyo-ku Disaster Relief Volunteering is a community effort in which people register on a voluntary basis. We would like to help as much as possible in the event of a disaster.
We also have registered foreign language speakers of English, Chinese, and Thai.
Plastic bottle cap collection boxes are often seen in the city these days.
Our company supports this Eco-cap Movement, which aims to collect caps and deliver vaccines to children in developing countries while reducing CO2 emissions, and we started collecting them in 2008 and send them to a collection organization every six months.
Since 2017, we have been participating in the "Eye City eco Project" of HOYA Corporation Eye Care Company to collect empty disposable contact cases.
We recognize the importance of protecting human rights and are committed to creating a fair and diverse business and workplace.
