Our Environmental Policy
We think about the global environment for ourself and then act.

< Action Guidelines >
  1. We will strive to minimize the environmental impact of all aspects of our corporate activities, including the products and services we handle.
  2. We will continuously improve our environmental management system in consideration of the environmental impact of our overall corporate activities, including the products and services we handle, and strive to prevent pollution.
  3. We comply with applicable laws and regulations that pertain to our environmental aspects, as well as other requirements to which we agree.

  5. We will document our environmental policy, make it available to all employees and all those who work for our company, and disclose it to stakeholders upon request.

Concrete Measures

We encourage each and every one of our employees to act in an environmentally responsible manner.
In 2010, we participated in and registered for Challenge 25 to further raise awareness and continue to disseminate our own initiatives.

Reducing the consumption of energy and resources

We monitor emissions of CO2, which is a greenhouse gas, from electricity use by converting the amount of electricity used into CO2 equivalent for the purpose of reducing these emissions.

(CO2 uniform conversion rate: 0.000734 t/kWh)

<Goal for FY 2023> 44 t/year or less (Head Office)
Results: Results: 39.997 by February 2024

When employees arrive at work, they turn on lights only where they are needed, and when they leave the office, each employee turns off unnecessary lights and goes home.
In principle, lights are also turned off or reduced during lunch breaks.

We implement Cool Biz and Warm Biz by setting the air conditioner temperature to 28 degrees Celsius in summer and 20 degrees Celsius in winter.

To reduce the use of copy paper, we encourage our employees to use efficient printing settings internally when copying and printing.

2For the Community, For the World

AED (Automated External Defibrillator)

An AED (Automated External Defibrillator) is installed in our company (Head Office). When the AED was introduced, a training session was held and many employees attended.

We hope that this convenient tool, which enables immediate CPR before an ambulance arrives, will be beneficial to the local community in the event of an emergency.

Bunkyo-ku Disaster Relief Volunteering

Bunkyo-ku Disaster Relief Volunteering is a community effort in which people register on a voluntary basis. We would like to help as much as possible in the event of a disaster.

We also have registered foreign language speakers of English, Chinese, and Thai.

Eco-cap Movement

Plastic bottle cap collection boxes are often seen in the city these days.
Our company supports this Eco-cap Movement, which aims to collect caps and deliver vaccines to children in developing countries while reducing CO2 emissions, and we started collecting them in 2008 and send them to a collection organization every six months.
